Julia Lewing, CNP, ROHP
HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST
Julia is passionate about working with clients to identify and address the root of their health concerns. She believes that proper nutrition is a foundational aspect of health and values collaborating with other practitioners in an integrative setting to optimize client care. Her approach uses education to inspire active participation - recognizing that informed choice and personal agency are key to bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Each session with Julia is a two-way conversation, designed to understand your personal health story, identify your current needs and capacity, and tailor recommendations to match.
Julia completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction at the University of Alberta and a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition at the IONC-accredited Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver, BC. With training in health science and integrative care, she brings a comprehensive perspective to whole-person care.
